The service

Kick King shows a public ranking of Kick channels sorted by the money contributed to each. What you buy is the addition of your contribution to a channel's public total. You do not buy a product, a share, a prize or any right over the channel or Kick King.

Age

You must be 18 or older to pay. Ticking the checkout box is your statement that you are.

Payments

Payments are processed by Flow. We never see or store your card or bank details.

A payment counts when Flow confirms it. Amounts range from CLP 1,000 to CLP 2,000,000 per payment.

Refunds

Payments are final. We only refund in three cases: a duplicate charge, a channel removed by its verified owner, or a mistake on our side. If another channel climbs while you pay and you don't reach the spot you wanted, that is not a reason for a refund.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment with your bank instead of contacting us, we may submit the payment record, its date and the technical data described in the privacy policy as evidence.

Conduct

Offensive nicknames, impersonation and any attempt to alter the ranking by means other than payment are not allowed. We may block nicknames and remove channels that break these rules or the law.

Channels

Any real Kick channel can appear on the ranking. Its owner can verify it and ask us to remove it. In that case we refund what was contributed to that channel.

Kick

Kick King is not affiliated with, sponsored or approved by Kick. Kick is a trademark of its respective owners.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site running, but it may have interruptions. If a payment is not recorded because of a failure on our side, we fix it or refund it. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Changes

If we change these terms, we publish the new version with its date. Payments already made are governed by the version in force when they were made.
