What we keep from each payment

The channel, the amount, the date, your nickname if you left one, and the Flow order identifiers. We never see or store your card, bank, name or address details.

We also keep a pseudonymised version of your IP address (a keyed hash, not the IP itself) as evidence in case of fraud or chargebacks.

For how long

The payment record is never edited or deleted: it is the site's accounting ledger. It is kept for the period required by Chilean tax law. [to complete with the accountant: exact period]

Your email, if you leave it

It is optional and only used to let you know if someone passes the channel you backed. It is stored separately from the payment record and deleted when you unsubscribe from any alert or ask us to. We write at most once every 6 hours per channel.

If you claim your channel

Kick tells us your user and your channel. We don't keep your Kick session or post anything as you.

Cookies

We only use cookies the site needs to work: the Kick verification (10 minutes), the channel owner session (30 days) and the admin session. No advertising or analytics cookies.

Who we share data with

Flow processes payments. Cloudflare protects the site and checks that payers are not bots (Turnstile). Resend sends the email alerts. Kick provides public channel data. We don't sell data to anyone.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or objection to the use of your data under Chilean data protection law. Email [completar: correo de contacto]. Payment record data can only be deleted once the legal retention period has passed.
